Archive-Sr is published by IEREK Press twice a year, with special issues published when warranted by emerging research themes. The journal was established in 2017 and publishes engineering and technology research on construction materials, building systems, and digital design and fabrication.

Archive-Sr is assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through CrossRef membership, ensuring permanent, reliable citation and discoverability of all published content. The journal is committed to long-term digital preservation through archiving with CLOCKSS, Portico, and Zenodo. IEREK Press is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and the journal follows its guidelines.
