Haşim Altan (BArch, MArch, PhD, PGCE, FHEA),

Full Professor of Sustainable Design in the Department of Architecture, College of Architecture and Design (COAD) at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU) in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

He first began his academic post after successful completion of his PhD (2004) and was also appointed as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Architecture at the University of Sheffield (UK) whilst completing his PG Certificate in Teaching & Learning and then becoming a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (HEA).
He is a Chartered Architect (RIBA) and a Chartered Engineer (CIBSE) with over 20 years of academic and practice experience in the field of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) in the Built Environment in UK, Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.
