Article Processing Charges (APCs)

All articles published in Resourceedings are freely available online immediately upon publication under CC BY 4.0. For information on the journal's open access model, see the Open Access page.

Publication Fee

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of 150 EUR (or equivalent in local currency) applies to all accepted manuscripts.

• No submission fee is charged
• The APC is payable only upon acceptance — not at submission
• Invoices are issued by IEREK Press following the acceptance decision

Taxes

Invoices may be subject to VAT or local taxes depending on the author's country of residence or institution. Authors are responsible for any applicable taxes beyond the stated APC.

Refund Policy

APCs are non-refundable once the production process has commenced. Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Double payment
• Technical payment error
• Author-initiated withdrawal before production begins

Refund requests must be submitted to the Editorial Office at ierekpress@ierek.com within 14 days of payment.

Waiver Policy

Resourceedings is committed to equitable access to open access publishing. Authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank, or authors with demonstrated financial hardship, may apply for a full or partial APC waiver.

Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and will be assessed independently of the editorial process. Waiver status will not influence editorial decisions.
