2. Structural Systems and Construction Technologies: Structural behavior, construction methods, and engineering solutions for new and existing buildings.
3. Digital Design, Computational Workflows, and Digital Fabrication: Parametric and computational design, 3D printing, robotic construction, and material-informed fabrication.
4. Building Envelope and Systems Performance: Experimental and simulation studies of thermal, daylighting, ventilation, and acoustic performance at the building and component scale.

Studies centered on urban planning, policy, or the social and cultural dimensions of the built environment, as well as sustainability and environmental impact assessments, fall outside the scope of the journal.
